Open Board Seat Announcement

This is to inform you that the CDD has an open Board seat with the term set to run through November 2028.  Applicants should expect a commitment of approximately 3 hours per month of their time with meetings held the third Wednesday of the month at 6pm at the Talavera Community Clubhouse located at 18955 Rococo Rd., Spring Hill, FL 34610. If interested, please send a copy of your resume to Sunita Brijmohan at sbrijmohan@rizzetta.com along with a completed copy of the application (located on the main page of the district website under the “Community News” section on the lower right hand side) no later than Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 for consideration at the December CDD Board meeting.
